Do I need to have a registered account to order from AFA Store?
No, a registered account is not required to place an order from AFA Store. However, if you order downloadable, On Demand, or audio products, you will need to be logged in with a registered account at the time of checkout in order to access these products.

I tried to register, but I receive a message that says the specified email already exists.
This means an existing account is already registered to your email address and a new account cannot be created.  If you don't remember your password, you can request a link to reset your password here. You can also email the AFA Store customer service at ordersupport@afa.net. (M-F, 7 AM - 5 PM central) They will provide a temporary password and instructions for changing it to something more secure.

I am trying to register/checkout, and I cannot select my state from the dropdown menu.

Make sure you have first selected “United States” from the country drop down menu.  Once that has been selected, all the states should be available.

I live in Canada/Australia/U.K. etc.  Why can’t I choose my country from the drop down menu?
Due to dramatic variances of shipping costs outside of the United States, we are unable to handle international orders through the AFA Store website at this time.  

How do I apply a coupon code?

After adding item(s) to your cart, enter your coupon code in the “Discount Code” box below the list of items in your cart, and click “Apply Coupon.” The total should then reflect the discount.  (Please note that if you login after applying the coupon code, it may remove it from your cart and you will need to reapply it.)

How do I access download, On Demand, and audio products?
In order to access downloadable and On Demand products, you must be logged in with a registered account at the time of checkout.  After the order has been completed, click on “My Account” at the top of the page.  Choose the correct option from the menu bar on the left side of the screen to access downloadable products, On Demand titles, and your audio library.

What is the AFA Store return policy? 

For unused and unopened products*, we are able to accept returns for 90 days after the order was received. Mail the product(s) to AFA Store - Return, PO Drawer 2440, Tupelo, MS 38803.  Please include your name, phone number, and email address as well as the order number, order date, and a brief description of the purpose for the return.  Once the product has been inspected and found to be in new, resalable condition, a refund of the product price will be issued to the card used to place an order.
